I’m a dr mom, small business owner, and lifelong creative behind Life With Dr Mary.

My professional background is rooted in chiropractic care with a special interest in prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, and family wellness. Motherhood has only deepened that interest, and shown me just how much information, planning, decision-making, and mental load comes with caring for a family.

Life With Dr Mary grew out of all the different parts of my life that I genuinely love: motherhood, wellness, creating, and everyday life.
